I work with arts-based approaches in many different contexts…

I am Assoicate Director of The Map Consortium, a group of artist consultant facilitators specialising in professional learning and development across the corporate, cultural, public and education sectors.

We work all over the world; our clients include The Royal Opera House, Shakespeare’s Globe, ENO, PwC Europe, PwC UK, Investec, NHS, Aviva, Nene Park Trust, Smith & Nephew

We have distilled our knowledge and expertise into The Human Arts: a powerful new resource to sustain and empower those steering a course through change. During this time we’re also working with Compass, our programme supporting teams to set direction as they look to find a rhythm in the new realities.

I am deeply involved in our arts-led input to leadership work with senior women, particularly in the health field, both in the UK and internationally. Our women’s leadership team is working with composition and performance practice to provide inspirational and practical tools for women leaders at this challenging moment.

Through work with language, voice and presence participants are given new ways in to deepening their vision and extending their range, to ensure impact as we navigate with care, courage and innovation towards a more nourished and nourishing future for our organisations and our planet.
